What am I paying for?+
Monitoring. Free lets you generate researched baskets and watch one thesis with a weekly health email. Pro watches more theses and adds alerts when prices or technicals move on names you care about.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings — you keep access through the end of the current billing period and aren't charged again.
What happens when I already have one watched thesis?+
Free includes one active watch. Archive it on your dashboard to free the slot, or upgrade to Pro to watch up to 25 at once.
What happens when I hit the free generation limit?+
Your 20 daily generations reset at the start of each UTC day. You keep every thesis you've already generated, including the one you're watching.
What's in a thesis result?+
A researched basket — tickers, weights, and rationale grounded in SEC-filing fundamentals and catalysts. You can save it, share it, and (on Pro) export Python.
Does AlgoThesis place orders for me?+
No. AlgoThesis is research — it generates and monitors researched strategies. You act yourself through your own brokerage. We never hold your funds or place orders.

Where does the market data come from?+
Prices and fundamentals from market-data providers, filings from SEC EDGAR, AI inference via Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude. Displayed prices are end-of-day where licensed.
